I didn't receive my Edenred card

You have already owned an Edenred card in the past?

If you've already owned an Edenred card in the past and you have changed employers, there will be no new card produced because your Edenred card is valid for 5 years

The same account linked to your existing card will be topped-up by your new employer. If you're not sure whether you've already received an Edenred card in the past, please verify it with your employer.  

If you no longer own this card, you have to follow the instructions to block that card. Please find here the instructions. 

You have never received an Edenred card?
If you've received a first e-mail in which we informed you that the account linked to your Edenred card has been topped up, then it's normal that you've not yet received your card. Actually, the order of the Edenred card is done automatically the day after the order of your vouchers.

Your card is already in production and will be sent within 10 working days. 

Please, do first verify with your employer whether the card has not already arrived at the firm (the majority of employers opt for a delivery at the firm).

 

Your Edenred card is expired?
Expired cards with a positive balance or a recent top up are automatically renewed. 

Please, do first verify with your employer whether the card has not already been renewed and if it has not already arrived at the firm (the majority of employers opt for a delivery at the firm).

Your card has been returned to Edenred

Your card may have been sent back to Edenred due to an incorrect address. Please check your data on Myedenred.be. Sign in to your personal web space, a pop-up will appear and you will be able to confirm your address. Once your address is confirmed, we will sent your card to the address you've mentioned.

My delivery address is not correct

Did you receive an e-mail that we are creating an Edenred card, but is the address we mention not correct? Then you should contact your employer as soon as possible, so she / he can change the address via theCustomer MyEdenred Web Space.

In a few days, you will receive another e-mail from us that we have sent your Edenred card. If this address is still incorrect, then apply the following steps:

  1. Your card will probably be resent to Edenred. If that is the case, you will receive an e-mail that explains how you can ask for a new delivery.
  2. If you still did not receive your card after 20 days, nor an email regarding the return of your card to Edenred, there are 2 available options:
  • Log into your personal space on www.MyEdenred.be click on the tab "Manage my card"

 

Click on the button "Resend a new Card"



Then close the process by completing the form with the new delivery adress. The card will then be produced and delivered once the card's order payment is validated by your employer.

Your employer does also have a view of your card via his Customer Webspace and can even order a new one following the process on this page.
