My card is lost or stolen

I am a fixed employee

You must block your card in case of loss or theft.

There are three ways to proceed:

  1. Online via your Personal web space MyEdenred.be.
  2. By phone via our interactive voice server, dial 02/702.20.02
  3. Via your MyEdenred App

Your card will be unusable. Note that this process is irreversible.

Your employer will have to finalize the order of your replacement card. The new card will be produced once the payment condition is fulfilled and will be sent within 10 working days.

The validity of your electronic vouchers will be extended by 10 working days and the balance available on your account will automatically be linked with the new card.

I am an interim employee or I work in the Interim sector

You must block your card in case of loss or theft.

  1. Online via your Personal web space MyEdenred.be.
  2. By phone via our interactive voice server, dial 02/702.20.02 – choose option 2
  3. Via your MyEdenred App

Your card will be unusable. Note that this process is irreversible.

Once your card is blocked, you must confirm the order of a new card and the delivery address on your personal web space MyEdenred.be.

1. Online payment

If you directly pay online, your new card will be produced as soon as we have registered your payment and will be sent to you within 10 working days.

2.Bank transfert payment

After confirming your new card order and your personal data, you will receive a payment request worth the value of one meal voucher by e-mail within the 2 working days. Please do always mention the structured communication during the payment. If you do not mention it, you make a mistake by introducing it or introduce it as a free communication, the amount will be automatically refunded to you and your new card will not be produced

The validity of your electronic vouchers will be extended by 10 working days and the balance available on your account will automatically be linked with the new card.

Attention

If you have recently changed employers, please block your card after receiving your vouchers (Ticket Restaurant, Ticket EcoCheque, Ticket Compliments, Ticket Sport & Culture) for the first time via your new employer. If you block it before this first loading, the order of your new card will unfortunately take place at your former employer.
