How do I deactivate my PIN code?

When you want to deactivate your PIN code, you first have to log in into your personal webspace via www.MyEdenred.be. 

1. Go to the management of your card through your profile and click on "Manage my PIN code".

   

For safety reasons please fill in your MyEdenred logins (Email address & password). 

Then insert your CVC code, the 3 numbers at the back of your card after the PAN code.

The status of your PIN code will be shown as follows. If you have activated your PIN code, the status will be "Active". Next, you can click on "Deactivate".

The next time you consult the status of your PIN code, you will find that is "In deactivation process". This status will remain as long as you don't make any transaction.

Once you have completed the transaction and entered your PIN for the last time, its status will be changed to "inactive". You can now start the PIN activation procedure (that allows to modify the PIN code).
