When you want to retrieve your PIN code, you first have to log in into your personal webspace via www.MyEdenred.be.

Go to the management of your card through your profile and click on "Manage my PIN code".

Please insert your logins (email address & password) for safety reasons

The status of your PIN code will be shown. Next, you can click on "Reveal my PIN".

Then insert your CVC code, the 3 numbers at the back of your card, after the PAN code

The numbers of your PIN code will appear one by one.
