Procedure for fixed employees

If your card is damaged, you must block your card. There are two ways to proceed:

  1. Online via your Personal web space MyEdenred.be.
  2. By phone via our interactive voice server, dial 02/702.20.02

Your card will then be unusable. Note that this process is irreversible

The validity of your e-vouchers will be extended by 10 working days.

Once your employer has confirmed the order and proceeded to the payment in accordance with his contract terms, a new card will automatically be created and sent within 10 working days. The employer will receive an e-mail asking them to confirm the order for the new replacement card on their customer web space.

Procedure for interim employees

If your card is damaged, you must block your card. There are two ways to proceed:

  1. Online via your Personal web space MyEdenred.be.
  2. By phone via our interactive voice server, dial 02/702.20.02 – choose option 2

Your card will then be unusable. Note that this process is irreversible.

The validity of your e-vouchers will be extended by 10 working days.

Once your card has been blocked, you must confirm the order of a new card and the delivery address. On your personal web space on MyEdenred.be, you will be asked to confirm your address and your personal data.

Please note, you must do this validation via a computer and not via a mobile phone or tablet.

After confirming your new card order and your personal data, you will receive a payment request by e-mail.

Please do always mention the structured communication during the payment. If you do not mention it, you make a mistake by introducing it or introduce it as a free communication, the amount will be automatically refunded to you and your new card will not be produced

Your new card will be produced as soon as we have registered your payment and will be sent to you within 10 working days.
