My Edenred card doesn't work properly

Please verify first that:

  1. your card is active (you can check this via your MyEdenred in the menu "My Cards and Accounts")
  2. you have sufficient balance on your account, the merchant accepts the Edenred Card and products (Ticket Restaurant, Ticket Ecocheques or Ticket Compliments) 
  3. you've encountered problems with this card in different stores.

If all answers are positive, then please take a picture of the front and back side of your card and send it to us via this web form.

We will execute some final checks. If your card is really not working properly, then we will send you a new one within 10 business days.
