I have a MyEdenred account and can no longer log in

I receive an error message when creating my account
You want to create your MyEdenred account on the app but a message tells you that the data's are not correct ? This means that you already have a MyEdenred account.
Please proceed to the following verifications, in the defined order:
- Try to log in with your email address and, if necessary, retrieve your password via "Log in" > "forgotten password"
- If you don't remember your email address, you can retrieve via "Login" > "Forgot your email?"
