I can neither log into MyEdenred nor create an account

I have a MyEdenred account and can no longer log in

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Try to recover your email/password. More info here.
  2. If you are sure the credentials you are using are the right ones, try to create a new account
  3. If this does not work, please contact our customer service via this form.
I receive an error message when creating my account

You want to create your MyEdenred account on the app but a message tells you that the data's are not correct ? This means that you already have a MyEdenred account.
Please proceed to the following verifications, in the defined order:

  1. Try to log in with your email address and, if necessary, retrieve your password via "Log in" > "forgotten password"
  2. If you don't remember your email address, you can retrieve via "Login" > "Forgot your email?"
