- First check that you have installed the latest version of the Ekivita app. Go to the App Store or Google Play to see if a new applicable update is available;
- If that doesn’t work, uninstall and then reinstall the app and restart your phone;
- Finally, check to see if all recent updates for your phone have been properly installed.
