How do I deactivate the contactless on my card ?

The white Edenred card
  1. Go to your personal web space via www.myedenred.be
  2. Go to the menu "Manage my card"  Gerer_Ma_Carte_EN.png
  3. Click on the blue button "Desactivate".

  4. Refresh the page. The contactless status is now "Not active".
    If you want to reactivate it later, click on "Activate ".

Info

Contactless is activated by default on your card

Click again below the button "Contactless payment" to reactivate the functionality.

The red Edenred card
  1. Go to your personal web space via www.myedenred.be
  2. Go to the menu "Manage my card"

  3. Click on the blue button "Desactivate".

  4. Refresh the page. The contactless status is now "Not active".
    If you want to reactivate it later, click on "Activate ".

Be careful

Contactless is activated by default on your card

However, your first transaction must be made via a payment terminal.
