We understand that this can be a constraint for people who do not have a mobile phone. There are several ways to check the balance of the vouchers on your Edenred card. You can access them through our helpdesk. Did you know, for example, that the balance of your vouchers is shown at the bottom of receipts given to you by retailers when you make a transaction with your carte Edenred?
