I can't log in to itsme

Did you have a problem logging in using the itsme® app? This may be due to the fact that:

  • You haven’t created a MyEdenred account yet.
  • Your account is not yet linked to itsme® and you get the following error message. Link your MyEdenred account to itsme® by completing the following procedure.

Attention

Browse in Incognito mode is not compatible with itsme®.
