Creating an account with itsme®
  1. To create your personal webspace, go to www.MyEdenred.be.
    On the login page, click ‘Don't have an account yet? Create one!’

  2. Now click ‘Create an account with itsme®’

  3. Please enter a telephone number so that your itsme® app can receive the authentication request. If you opt for a more traditional login (login + password), this number will also allow us to send you a security code by text message to verify your identity.


  4. In this step, you will need to open your itsme® application to identify yourself. This procedure is facilitated by your smartphone, which automatically opens the application.

  5. Choose a login (e-mail address) if you opt for a traditional login in the future. Important: Please enter a private e-mail address. With a professional e-mail address you could be blocked if you were to change employer.

  6. Please enter your national register number (found on the back of your identity card) and your Edenred card number located above your name on the front of your card.

  7. Now fill in the ‘first name’, ‘surname’ and telephone number fields.

  8. Choose a password that complies with the security criteria set out below.

  9. Please read and accept the conditions of use and our GDPR rules.

  10. You can now choose to subscribe to our e-mags so that you never miss any communication from Edenred.

  11. Once your account has been created, you will receive a message confirming that your account has been activated. However, the final step will be sent to you by e-mail. Click ‘Confirm e-mail’ to complete your registration.

  12. Identify yourself using itsme® next time you log in.

Link my account to itsme®

To link your account to itsme®, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Log in to your account with your login details.
  2. Go to ‘Profile’ > ‘My personal details’ (wording needs to be updated, so screenshot NOK)
  3. Click on ‘Link itsme’

  4. Please enter a telephone number so that your itsme® app can receive the authentication request.

  5. In this step, you will need to open your itsme® application to identify yourself. This procedure is facilitated by your smartphone, which automatically opens the application.

  6. Your MyEdenred account is now linked to itsme® (screenshot missing because bug in progress).

Attention

Browse in Incognito mode is not compatible with itsme®.
